Sales Station Annual Membership – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Sales Station Annual Membership("Membership"). By purchasing and using this Membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Membership Overview
2.1 The Sales Station Annual Membership provides access to sales training materials, live masterclasses, Q&A sessions, downloadable resources, and the private member community.
2.2 Membership is available on an annual subscription basis and will automatically renew every 12 months unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
3. Automatic Renewal & Payment
3.1 The Sales Station Annual Membership operates on an automatic renewal basis. By signing up, you agree that your Membership will automatically renew every 12 months unless you cancel before the renewal date.
3.2 The renewal fee will be charged to the payment method you provided at the time of registration, unless you update your payment details prior to renewal.
3.3 You will receive a reminder email 14 days before your renewal date, notifying you of the upcoming payment and any changes to the Membership price or terms.
3.4 If payment is unsuccessful, we will attempt to process the payment up to three times. If payment still fails, access to Sales Station may be suspended until payment is received.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 You may cancel your Membership at any time before the renewal date to prevent automatic renewal. Cancellation requests must be submitted via your Sales Station account settings or by contacting us at [insert contact email].
4.2 If you cancel before your renewal date, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and no further payments will be taken.
4.3 Refunds are not provided for early cancellations outside of the 7-day money-back guarantee period (see Section 5).
5. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
5.1 Sales Station offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for new annual members. If you are not satisfied with the Membership within the first 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.
5.2 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@suretrain.co.uk within the 7-day period.
5.3 Refunds will be processed within 10 working days using the same payment method used for purchase.
5.4 After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued, and your Membership will continue for the full 12-month periodunless cancelled before the next renewal.
6. Membership Benefits & Changes
6.1 Sales Station reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any features of the Membership at any time. We will notify members of any significant changes in advance.
6.2 Membership benefits, including live sessions and downloadable resources, are subject to availability and may be updated periodically.
6.3 Access to Sales Station training materials is granted only for the duration of the Membership and is non-transferable.
7. Account & Conduct
7.1 Members must not share login details or allow others to access Sales Station content under their account.
7.2 Any misuse of the Membership, including sharing proprietary content outside the platform, may result in termination without a refund.
7.3 Sales Station is a supportive and professional community. Any member engaging in harassment, abusive behaviour, or inappropriate conduct may be removed without refund.
8. Liability & Disclaimers
8.1 Sales Station provides sales training and business growth strategies, but we do not guarantee specific financial results. Your success depends on various factors, including effort, implementation, and market conditions.
8.2 We are not responsible for any business losses, damages, or claims resulting from the use of our training materials.
8.3 Sales Station reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with updated Terms being published on our website.
